Returns & Refunds

You can return most items within 7 days of deliveryfor a refund or exchange, as long as they're unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Items that arrived damaged, defective, or not as described
• Items in original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact
• Items purchased at full price or on sale (unless marked "Final Sale")

• Earrings and other pierced jewellery, for hygiene reasons
• Customized or made-to-order pieces
• Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout

Go to My Orders, select the order, and choose "Request Return". If you checked out as a guest, use Track Order or contact uswith your order number. We'll arrange a free pickup for eligible returns.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued to your bank account or as store credit — your choice.
